Empathy: the human connection to patient care

 

This promotional video for the Cleveland Clinic is beautifully judged.  Interesting that there is no voiceover.  A good example of ‘less is more’, even if it demands that the audience is willing to read from the screen (and many people don’t like subtitles).

Note, the first couple of slides have been added by someone else.  The video starts “Could a greater miracle…”.
Likewise the final slides are someone else’s work.  The video ends “Cleveland Clinic…”.
