the emotional intelligence at work rationale

emotional intelligence at work has a very simple rationale.  Using this foundation, we have refined and concentrated our beliefs down to three.  In conjunction with three concepts, and three characteristics of our approach, these make emotional intelligence at work different.

The rationale goes like this:

why

We believe people can be happier and more fulfilled by raising their awareness of how their internal state affects business outcomes

how

We achieve this by creating environments where people increase their awareness of themselves and others, from which they gain valuable insights

what

We deliver coaching, mentoring and training in order to help people overcome the barriers preventing business success

 

The ESP of emotional intelligence at work is—intelligence

emotional intelligence at work change people’s perspectives of a situation.

This, in turn, provides them with insight.

This new information enlightens people and makes them more knowing and feel more intelligent.

This provides them with confidence and helps them to be capable and more effective in the workplace.

This increased competence makes it easier for individuals to accomplish and achieve in their professional careers.

The insight emotional intelligence at work delivers makes an individual more astute and perceptive.

In turn, they feel more able to make decisions.

This improvement in their lives gives over to feelings of satisfaction, happiness and contentment.

Ultimately, this is all delivered by facilitating clients developing their intelligence:  that is, insight and knowing that they did not previously have.
